Day Eighteen: countdown to Christmas

Today the boys got to open one present (one I chose). Inside each present was a new game. Joey got Operation and Jack got a fishing game. They were super excited to open a present. Joey said while he was unwrapping, "Even if it is a book, I will say thank you:)" oh my!! We have been "practicing" opening gifts we maybe didn't ask for or want and still being thankful and grateful-just didn't really want him to acknowledge that while opening a gift!! I wanted the boys to open the games early since in the midst of other presents they would be "lost" and too much to try to play or do on Christmas right when they would open them. This was nice-we were able to open them and play them. The little fishing game was perfect for Jack-most games are hard for three year olds or take LOTS of parent help! This one is great for this age and pretty easy for them to try and maintain.
